Plenty of people have released packs that make MHFU look better but I haven't yet found on that changes the UI too much so I took that upon myself as I still play this game but wanted it to look a bit better too. Other than that, the UI elements (aside from some of the status icons which are done by GeneStarwind) are all edited or done from scratch. I'm not playing anymore and have no real use or need to continue working on this, at all. I just made them because I was bored and I was playing a lot of MHFU at the time. Please know this is just a project that I did for myself, it's not meant to be a public and ongoing project on which I keep improving, I just put them here for safe keeping and for sharing with a few of my friends. The entire UI is just a couple files, it's not that hard to pull off. It's a bit more tedious than just a drag and drop but that's what I did in the first place as well, at least you won't need to do any actual graphics. A short Google will provide you with all the needed info on how to accomplish this. As a suggestion, just enable texture saving in PPSSPP to get your own ISO's hashes and replace with my files.

If the textures don't work for you then it may require you do some digging and find your correct hashes.

I run the ULUS10391 ISO of the game and these texture hashes work for me.
